Rita Bhaduri’s Death: Shubhangi Atre, Vivek Dahiya & Annup Sonii Express Grief

We woke up to the unfortunate news of famous actress, Rita Bhaduri’s demise, who breathed her last this morning. A while back we told you how her FTII friend, Zarina Wahab is feeling extremely sorry for not dropping in at her place, 5 days back, when she was planning to.   And now, here are some more actors who have expressed their grief.

Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain actress Shubhangi Atre is sad on losing her Do Hanson Ka Joda co-actress. She said, "I'm really saddened to know about Ritaji. She was a wonderful woman, with a great heart, very practical and full of positive spirit, not to forget an amazing actress too. We were like a family on sets. As soon as I came to know about her, memories flashed in my mind...the time we shared, enjoyed. I'm missing her. It’s really sad when you lose your co-star as we spend so much of time together. They become like a family,"

Shubhangi also remembered Reema Lagoo and said the trio used to have lots of good time together, "Both Reemaji and Ritaji I met on the set of Do Hanso...we used to enjoy a lot together and had a fun-filled time. They were very bubbly and wonderful human beings. May their souls rest in peace."

TV actor Vivek Dahiya expressed his shock and wrote, “Woke up to this news! A brilliant actress and a quintessential mother on screen. Saddened and at loss of words! #RIP #RitaBadhuri”

Annup Sonii wrote, “RIP RitaJi”

Currently, her body lies at her brother, Barun Mukherjee's house for last respects. The late actress’ funeral will take place at 12 at Chakala crematorium.
